We are honored you selected RonRenee Esthetics for your Hair Removal treatment.  We know this service can be awkward for you so let’s address it now. Waxing or sugaring your private areas is just another part of the body that needs hair removed.  If you excited (an erection) while getting your treatment just know its natural.  With that said, if it still happens and impedes the service, we will wait until it subsides. Your erection will usually die off from hairs being removed from the follicle.

 

We are trained professionals and can get through the service without any concerns. We try to make our clients comfortable, at the same time, we want to make sure our Estheticians are comfortable providing the service. If for any reason the service is terminated a refund will not be issued.  However, depending on the situation, you may be able to reschedule.

How to prepare:

• If you have a lot of hair, we may trim it

• Hair must be at least 1/4 for waxing and 1/8 for sugaring

• Wait 3 weeks after shaving

• Wash private areas

Before your treatment:

• Do Not shave

• Do Not use products containing retinoids, glycolic, or salicylic acids 7 days

• Discontinue Accutane or Retinol 6-12 months

• Exfoliate the skin up to 24 hrs. before

• Wash or freshen private areas

 

During your treatment:

• Relax

• Communicate any discomfort

 

After your treatment:

• Do Not shave between sessions

• Avoid extremely hot showers, baths, or saunas – 24 hrs.

• Do Not exfoliate – 48 hrs.

• Avoid sweating – 24 hrs.

• Do Not tan or sunbathe – 24 hrs.

• Avoid tight fitting clothing – 24 hrs.
